Corporate Breakfast and Afternoon Tea

Hospitality Services are a dedicated team of in-house caterers providing everything from coffee breaks at meetings to departmental dinners.
Corporate Breakfast
- The minimum quantity for Corporate Breakfast orders is ten.
- Corporate Breakfast is available from 8:00 - 11:00 only.
Continental Breakfast
£7.75 per person
- freshly baked croissants
- assorted cheese and ham slices
- natural yoghurt with rhubarb compote
- assorted preserves
Scottish Breakfast
£6.00 per person
- filled morning rolls (bacon roll or scrambled egg roll)
- assorted breakfast pastries
All served with fresh fruit juice, freshly brewed coffee and selected teas.
Afternoon Cream Teas
- The minimum quantity for Afternoon Cream Tea orders is ten.
- Afternoon Cream Tea is available from 13:30 - 16:30 only.
Menu A
£7.75 per person
- freshly filled sandwich fingers
- meringue clouds
- assorted mini tray bakes
Menu B
£7.75 per person
- freshly filled buffet rolls
- fresh cream and jam scones
- assorted mini macaroons
All served with freshly brewed coffee and select teas.
- There will be a minimum charge on all catering which is shown at the top of each set of menus.
- Hospitality Services will use now use high quality, compostable paperware for all events in keeping with the University’s environmental policies.
- Crockery can be requested but will incur a 20% service charge.
- All evening & weekend events will incur a 20% service charge.
- Should a University Budget Code be unavailable at the time of booking confirmation, VAT will be levied at the recommended rate.
