You will receive your academic summary, to take to your Adviser of Studies, who will help you choose the subject modules you will study during the academic year.

10:00 - 16:00 Matriculation

Once you have received your academic summary and met with your adviser you may then attend matriculation. Matriculation is the formal process of registering as a student with the University of Dundee.

The steps to matriculate are:

  1. Finance desk - all students. This is where we will check your funding documents or, if applicable, you will pay any remaining tuition fees.
  2. Home desk - only if you are from Scotland, England, Wales, Northern Ireland or an EU country. This is where we will check your qualifications and identity.
  3. International desk - only if you are from a country not in the EU. This is where we will check your qualifications, identity and visa.
  4. ID card desk - all students. This is where you will receive your student ID card.

The Student Loan Company are notified automatically of your matriculation, however it may take up to five working days for the funds to be released into your bank account.

This event is especially for those students about to commence their studies at University of Dundee on our Graduate Level Apprenticeship programmes. We hope that you will take this opportunity to come along to meet, mix and socialise with other students, members of staff and representatives from Dundee University Student Association and Dundee University Sports Union. Light refreshments will be provided.
