Feedback and ideas
The development of our strategy and how we implement it are part of a continuous dialogue in our community. We have developed our strategy over the course of a full calendar year. We took a consultative approach throughout and tried to include input from as many members of our community as possible in its development. We want to move forward into the implementation of our strategy using the same approach.
We will be organising events in the coming months and beyond to provide opportunities for people in our community to contribute to how we grow and develop as a high performance community in the next five years.
