Researcher Development Programme
The Researcher Development Programme (pages 65-95 of the OPD Programme 2017/18) offers staff a wide range of opportunities and compliments our other training and development.
The Researcher Development Programme is part of this ongoing activity, to offer its staff a range of opportunities to continue their personal, professional and career development (pages 65-94). It provides researchers with a wide range of opportunities for developing key skills, information-based sessions and one-to-one careers advice. The programme complements other training and development offered at a School level as well as national opportunities and aims to equip all it's academic and research staff) to become more proactive and effective at managing their careers, both within and outside academia.
