A considerable proportion of time will be used for self-directed learning. You’ll be encouraged to form a community of learning with other students. This will help peer-supported learning to complement the taught aspect of the teaching.
The course consists of a 60% clinical component, 20% taught, and 20% research commitment.
Assessment
- Case reports, clinical case portfolios, poster presentations and workbook records
- Oral presentations
- Practical examinations such as clinical skills and prosthodontic technical laboratory skills tests
- Work-based assessments
- Written exam
