Social science has a crucial role in addressing the important policy challenges of the 21st century, such as natural resources management. This includes their constituent commodities, for example energy, minerals, and ecosystem services. You'll learn to address intricate policy issues in energy and the environment.
You will learn to analyse, synthesise, and articulate concepts and practices relevant to the energy industry. You will understand the fundamental drivers of various energy markets, such as oil, gas, and electric power. You'll acquire foundational and contextual knowledge and skills in management, through classroom and work-based learning,and coaching from specialist academics or senior industry professionals.
