The course includes:

  • project briefs
  • workshops
  • design sprints
  • lectures
  • invited speakers
  • placement (optional and a maximum of 12 weeks)

You will also be encouraged to engage with design festivals (e.g. London Design Festival, Dundee Design Festival), business enterprise opportunities and competitions, and entrepreneurship masterclasses.


Assessment will be through the completion of coursework produced for each module.

Coursework may include:

  • practical work
  • placement
  • written assignments
  • oral presentations

The module equips you with the key skills required for the strategic management of brands. The module introduces you to the core concepts of branding and provides a wide range of analytical tools and frameworks for the analysis and management of brands.
