Biography
Tina is from China and studied LLM International Business Law and Transactions in our School of Social Sciences, graduating in 2011.
About Tina
I am based in the Special Economic Zone of Shenzhen, where I manage research projects and events for UK clients in China’s Pearl River Delta region. I specialise in the information and communications technology sector and am highly experienced in working across a variety of interdisciplinary projects.
Before joining CBBC, I held a business consulting role at the Hong Kong Productivity Council, where I worked on projects providing business advisory services to private sector clients and local government, building links between Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
I hold an LLM in International Business Law and Transactions from the University of Dundee, as well as a Bachelor of Economics from the Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, and French from the Shanghai International Studies University.
In my spare time, I like reading and travelling.
Reason for becoming an alumni ambassador
Many people provided me with help and support during my studies and work, and I'm always thinking of how I can help others. Having built my career on enhancing UK-China business relationships, I feel there are a lot of opportunities I can share with people who want to be involved in similar work.
