Biography
Since qualifying as a nurse from the University of Ulster in 1994 Patricia has held a variety of posts within the acute hospital setting. Prior to joining the University as a lecturer in 2015 she worked in clinical practice across NHS Tayside as an Infection Prevention and Control Nurse specialist. She is currently involved in teaching across both undergraduate and post- qualifying programmes and has also developed and delivered IPC education programmes in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
Patricia is currently the secretary for the Scottish Branch of the Infection Prevention Society.
