Biography
Morag Fyfe is currently Archivist at the United Nations Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals in The Hague. Previously she has worked at the National Records of Scotland (2001-2010), working in Reader Services, the National Register of Archives for Scotland, and Senior Management; Sheffield Archives (2010-2012) as Project Archivist on the Hillsborough Disclosure Project; Liverpool John Moores University (2012-2013); and the Independent Police Complaints Commission (2013-2016) where she managed the Hillsborough Archives during the biggest criminal investigation into alleged police misconduct ever conducted in England and Wales. From 2008-2010 she was also a tutor for Edinburgh University Office of Lifelong Learning’s “Scottish Handwriting, 1500-1700” course. She qualified as an archivist in 2001 from University College Dublin.
