Biography
Graduated from Bristol Dental School in 1996. Passed Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery in Glasgow in 2000. Undertook specialist training in Orthodontics in Edinburgh from 2000 – 2004. Completed Master of Clinical Dentistry in 2003 at Edinburgh University. Passed Membership of Orthodontics at Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2004. In current post since 2004. Examiner for MFDS at Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
Research
Master of Clinical Dentistry - A scoring system to assess arch constriction in patients with bilateral cleft lip and palate and isolated cleft palate (2004).
Teaching
Honorary Senior Clinical Teacher at the University of Dundee since 2005. Provide clinical supervision and seminars in Orthodontics for 4th BDS students. Provide lectures in Orthodontics for Hygiene Therapy BSc students.
