Biography
Caitlin is from Scotland and studied MA English and Film Studies in our School of Humanities, graduating in 2021.
About Caitlin
During my time at the University of Dundee, I was an active member of the student musical theatre society, OpSoc and I even sat on the committee as the Vice-President in my final year. Though I have now moved on from the society, my love for musical theatre is still as strong as ever - you can often hear me belting out a show tune in the shower!
Since graduating, I have started an 18-month Graduate Placement with Dumfries and Galloway Council working within the Communities directorate. As part of this placement, I am looking to produce a research project looking into the role of the arts in engaging and empowering communities.
Reason for becoming an Alumni Ambassador
For me, becoming an Alumni Ambassador was a no brainer! I had the best time at the University of Dundee and made friends for life. I want to help students make the most out of their Dundee experience too.
