Systematic training for the overall progression of organisational performance.
OPD offer a consultative service to teams Schools or Directorates to tailor development solutions.

- leadership development provided by trusted internal or external consultants
- Advance HE leadership and sector-leading programmes
- cohort events such as Scottish Mental Health First Aid
- coaching for senior leaders and consulted colleagues
Technician commitment
The University of Dundee became a signatory of the Technician Commitment in June 2021.
This is a national pledge to support technicians in universities and research institutions.
The Technician Commitment is led by a steering board of sector bodies, with support from the Science Council and the Technicians Make It Happen campaign.
