Description

This course introduces students to the elements of strategic management and aims to develop students’ skills as strategic thinkers and actors. Case studies from the private, public and voluntary sectors will be used to illustrate and understand key concepts in strategy. Sessions will also include syndicate work, seminars and lectures. Students will conduct an analysis of the strategic environment of an organisation in which they work or to which they have access, and this project will form the major part of the assessment of this module.
