'Labyrinth' is a graphite labyrinthine composition composed of 30 separate pieces of birchwood. Each piece is tentatively drawn, to create a structure which nurtures the viewer's sensibilities. Each surface, accumulating to a large scale piece, unites through their consideration of placement and tone. The labyrinth can be thought of as both a mechanism to view the work and also a space for the viewer to become lost within the surface.
