How to pay for charges

Charges can be paid online by debit or credit card through your Library account. Alternatively, payment in cash or card can be made in person at any of our library sites, or by card over the phone (01382 384087 during advertised Help Services hours).

Please note, part payment of charges is not accepted and the total amount due must be paid in a single transaction.

If you have any queries about your charges, please speak to a member of staff or phone the Library on 01382 384087.

You may be eligible for a refund on a library charge if we have invoiced you for a book which is subsequently returned before we re-order a replacement.  This is at the discretion of the Library.

In the event that a library charge is to be refunded (either fully or in part) the Library will make the refund to the card account from which the original payment was made.  If, for reasons beyond the Library's control, the refund cannot be made to the originating card/bank account, the refund will be made to an alternative bank account provided by the payer.
