Graduates’ Association Business Committee

Members of the Committee may join free of charge. Please bring a letter of introduction from Academic & Corporate Governance (which indicates the duration of your period of office) with you when you come to collect your membership card. You will also require proof of identity and current address.

Only a subset of the Library’s electronic resources are available to members who are not staff or students at the University of Dundee. Once you have joined the Library you can request a separate Walk In User account which will permit access to these resources for educational purposes, and enable use of the University’s Pay2Print system.

Honorary Staff

Honorary Staff with a University staff number and an @dundee.ac.uk email address should have been automatically enrolled as Library members. Enrolled on a Short Course at DJCAD

Students on a course lasting 4 or more weeks at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design may join free of charge. This includes Life Drawing, Painting & Drawing, Portfolio Preparation, Portraiture, and the International Summer Experience. Please bring an email from DJCAD (which acknowledges payment of course fees and states start and end dates) with you when you come to collect your membership card. You will also require proof of identity and current address.

Enrolled on a Languages for All Course
