MEDLINE  is one our databases provided by our EBSCOhost platform provider and can be found by title, on the A-Z of Eresources  page. For off-campus access select UK Higher Education group from the dropdown box then the University of Dundee.

Medline provides authoritative medical information on medicine, nursing, dentistry, veterinary medicine, the health care system, pre-clinical sciences and much more. Created by the National Library of Medicine, MEDLINE uses MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) with tree hierarchy, subheadings and explosion capabilities to search citations from over 5,400 current biomedical journals.

Features include, a Basic and Advanced Search, Indexes, a Thesaurus, and you can sign in to create to your own account and save your search history, or set up and save ‘Search alerts’, or ‘Journal alerts.’  Plus, you can export, print, e-mail or save searches and citations in a variety of citation styles provided. Via the EBSCO Connect service there is a FAQ database, numerous online tutorials and a variety of user guides to provide answers to technical questions.
