Relax, recharge, revise. 

Did you know that getting creative can positively impact wellbeing? Take a mindfulness break and try something new – The CreateSpace team, alongside DUSA, and the Mental Health Society, will be hosting a series of lunchtime drop in sessions in the library. You can get hands on experience crafting or brighten your day with positivity prompts.  

Come along to the main library everyday between 12 noon and 2pm to unleash your creativity.
