Update of Resource Lists tab on UoD app

The Resource Lists tile on the University of Dundee app was updated on Tuesday 1st February.
The benefits of the update include:
- Full user experience of Resource Lists built into the mobile app
- Logged in view of Resource Lists on the app without the need to sign in again when the tile is selected
- Increase in the tile size, making Resource Lists more visible on the app
- Switch to a 'live tile' - resource list notifications are visible on the app home screen
