Writing the Report on Cognitive Bias in Forensic Science

We have just finished a literature review on cognitive bias in forensic science, exploring what research has told us so far, and what approaches have been suggested to minimise the effect of bias that may affect decision making in forensic science. There has been little critical discussion of the literature, and research findings have often been so diluted in official reports that police and others in the legal system may not have a full picture.
