Bio

Biography

Liz joined Dundee Law School from practice in August 2012 having previously taught part-time within the School on both the LLB and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice Courses.
 
Liz has extensive experience in practice having been a partner in the Tayside firm of Thorntons for a number of years where she worked within their residential property unit and latterly as a projects partner.
 
She was a member of The Property Law Committee of The Law Society of Scotland from 2005-2013 and has presented externally on both property and risk management topics.
 
Liz is a member of the Board of Examiners of the Law Society of Scotland.

Scots Law of Property, Real Estate and Commercial Practice and Law in Practice within the LLB and various modules within the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice
