We've recently enabled new Office 365 apps and services for you to have a look at. If you find anything that has the potential to enhance the way you work now, then great.

 

What Office 365 apps are available?

Delve Search for and discover content across Office 365 based on personalized insights
Dynamics 365 Monitor customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) data in the cloud.
Flow Automate workflows across applications. You can use Flow to connect email and IM alerts, synchronize files between applications, copy files from one service to another, collect data from one app and store it in another, and more. Templates are available to get you started.
Newsfeed Network in a facebook-like fashion in the workplace (although slowly being phased out by Yammer).
Planner Visually organize teamwork by creating plans, organising and assigning tasks, chat about what you're working on, and set due dates.
Power BI Connect to, visualize, and analyze data with greater speed, efficiency, and understanding. 
PowerApps Quickly build, integrate, and share apps that work on any device.
Project Manage project portfolios and everyday work.
Staff notebook Work together on notes, tasks and plans in one notebook.
StaffHub Manage schedules and keep in touch on mobile devices.
Stream Upload, view, and share videos securely. This will eventually replace Video. Read about the features Stream has that Video doesn't.
Teams Chat with your group, share content, and access tools from across Office 365 in a single workspace.
To-do Manage, prioritize, and complete the most important things you need to achieve every day.
Video Upload, share, and discover videos across your devices.
Yammer Work in groups, share files, retrieve feedback, cut back on meetings and email chains, and engage collaboratively. This will only be available for staff.

Stream lets you securely upload, share, and manage videos within the University. It will eventually replace Office 365 Video.

Video will soon transition to Microsoft Stream. If you're looking for a way to share videos easily, we'd advise you to start there.

Yammer

Discuss ideas, share updates, and crowdsource answers from coworkers around the globe. Over time, Yammer will replace Newsfeed.
