Our heated 25 metre swimming pool and sauna are located within DUSA, a short walk from the main Institute building

The pool is also used for classes, courses and family fun! Our new sauna is also available to those ages 16+. The sauna is not always on, so remember to call 20 minutes before you plan to use it.

Learn to Swim

Our swim classes are endorsed by Scottish Swimming and follow the Scottish Swimming Framework. We offer classes for adults and for children. Our teachers receive continuous training/mentoring from Scottish Swimming.
