It's alive! Dundee Comics Creative Space goes to London

Dr Daniel Cook (Senior Lecturer in English) and Dr Golnar Nabizadeh (Lecturer in Comics) will lead a team of artists from Dundee Comics Creative Space on an excursion to Senate House in London this week, where they have been invited to showcase their work as part of the annual Living Literature series.

A public celebration of the 200th anniversary of the first publication of Frankenstein, written by former Dundee resident Mary Shelley, the event on 23rd May will include live beatboxing, ghost stories by candlelight, historical operating theatres, 3D monster printing, and our pop-up comics studio. Members of the public will be able peruse sketches and other materials from our Frankenstein Begins comic and even join us in creating brand new stories on the day itself.
