Deja Vu: 2017 Humanities Postgraduate Conference

Deja Vu Humanities PG Conference imageThe annual Humanities Postgraduate Conference is back!

This two day event themed around 'Deja-Vu: Recall, Reiteration, Resistance', will showcase some of the best work currently being done by students of the University of Dundee. Research will be presented by speakers from all Humanities disciplines, with talks on English, History, Film, Philosophy and Art.

Also there will be a display of art work by the MFA Art and Humanities course, along with the Comics students, and a live performance by the creative writers!

As well as the students there will be an opening talk on Literary Anniversaries by the English team's own Dr Daniel Cook and Dr Keith Williams. There will also be a visiting keynote speaker in the form of Ciara Healy, an Art Theorist and Practitioner from the University of Reading.

The event is open to anyone interested, and will be a great change for fellow students/staff to see their peers' work and for those outside of the University to see the fruits of our work!
