Salary Review Process for Senior Staff 2019

The review process for Professors and grade 10 staff is now open. 

The University’s approach to senior staff remuneration is clearly aligned to our vision and strategic priorities.  It is recognised that staff have continued to work hard over this year, a year in which the University has performed well, on many levels and continues to transform.

Our approach to senior staff remuneration is part of this transformation.  It is important that there are mechanisms available to staff, who are aligned to the transformation agenda and contributing to it, to be recognised for this; including the opportunity for the consideration of a salary review.  If you feel this applies to you and you wish to have a review of your salary this year, please read the policy and procedure and ensure that your application is submitted to your Dean or Director by 7 October 2019.
