Due to existing work demands and Business Transformation work commitments, the Request for a Report or Set of Mailing Labels form you are about to complete/submit, may take longer than the standard 5 working days to process. If you require further assistance, please contact your School/Directorate HR Officer/ HR team. 

Guidelines

Purpose: Should you require information from the Staff Database (P3), please complete the following form, providing clear instructions as to the data you require, why you require it, and how you wish for it to be issued to you. 

We usually require a minimum of 5 working days to process a request.  

Please Note: Data on the Human Resources and Payroll Computer Information System is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 which is designed to regulate the use of personal data.  Data received from this system must only be used for legitimate University purpose and must not be passed on to external bodies or third parties who have no legitimate purpose in viewing or manipulating this data.  This information is therefore passed on in the understanding that the receiving body will keep this data confidential and restrict access to those who have a University requirement to view the data.

All reports and mailing labels will be delivered via Box.  You will be emailed by HR Systems when the requested report or mailing labels are ready.

Charges

Labels: Please note: Labels cannot be issued electronically

A charge of £0.30 per sheet (14 labels per sheet) will be made to cover the cost of supplying and producing labels.  Please complete the table below, giving an account code to which this can be charged. Lables will not be supplied unless an account code is given.
