Registration for Class of 2020/2021 is now closed.

Details of how to register were emailed to you using the email address you provided us with previously.

The deadline for registering was further extended from Wednesday 27 April to Friday 6 May 2022 to allow extra time for graduates to register.

Guest tickets for your ceremony

At your registration you were able to apply for a maximum of two free guest tickets for your graduation ceremony.  We are unable to take any further requests for tickets.  Children who can sit on an adult’s knee do not need their own ticket.

Should you or one of your guests have a disability or require any additional help for your ceremony please let us know by filling out our request for extra help form so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

For those members of your family who may not be able to attend we will be live streaming your ceremony on the University’s YouTube channel at the same time so they will still be able to watch and cheer you on.

If you don’t need all your tickets

We know everyone has different sized families and we don’t want empty seat in the Caird Hall. So if you have tickets that you know you won’t use, please return them to us so we can offer them to others.

Collecting your guest tickets

You will receive a voucher by email at least 3 days before your ceremony. Instructions will be sent with your vouchers on where and when to exchange them for your guest tickets.

Parents/friends will be able to collect on your behalf. You will need to send your voucher to them.

Guests without a ticket will not be permitted access to the Caird Hall.

Gown hire

You will be required to hire an academic gown and hood for attending your ceremony. This should be done by requesting it from our partners, Ede & Ravenscroft.

Hire your academic robes
