You can access the Office 365 apps on a self-service basis. This means we'll point you towards training materials and the rest is up to you

If you have an issue with installing an app on your phone or logging in, contact the Service Desk. If you're not sure how to add someone to a Team or start a new planner board, look at the resources below.

There's a massive host of information out there to help you get the hang of these new apps. We're removing ourselves as the middle man and giving you free reign to learn about the bits that interest you.

Ask your colleagues

Sometimes you'll get the answer you need faster just by asking the person next to you. You can do this in the Office 365 community Yammer channel set up for staff.
