Upload your files onto OneDrive
Storing your files on OneDrive means that you can access them later, on any device, through Outlook on the web
There are lots of ways you can save your files to OneDrive, so we've given you two options here.
You can retrieve your files later by launching OneDrive from:
- AppsAnywhere if you're on a campus PC, or
- your app launcher in Outlook on the web

Option 1. Save your file to Desktop or to My Documents
Save your file to Desktop or My Documents (this includes My Pictures, My Videos, and My Music).
Any files saved to these locations will sync to One Drive automatically.
Option 2. Save your file to OneDrive in the Save pop-up window
- Right-click on the file you want to save.
- Save the file in One Drive - University of Dundee
