Jaiden Irvine

Graphic Design BDes (Hons)

Hi, I'm a 4th year Graphic Design and I have taken on 3 projects with varying media and final outcomes. Motion graphics, publication and branding.

About

Jaiden Irvine

My Motion Graphic work was for RSA and aims to bring the idea of sustainability to light through the words of Kate Raworth. The final video is called 'Finding The Balance'.

My Publication design was for ISTD and is a book exploring the importance of Dr. Seuss' 'The Cat In The Hat'. I have selected 4 spreads from the finished publication to display online along with a poster depicting a typographic image of the famous hat.

My branding project was for Hatch and was focused on creating a functional drinks brand based around mental wellbeing. I have created a non-alcoholic cocktail which uses adaptogens and nootropics to boost self confidence and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety in social situations. The brand is called SPARK.

The Importance of Learning to Read

A selection of spreads from my entry into ISTD's brief 'Shaping the World'. I chose 'The Cat in the Hat' as my book to explore. The publication explores how this book was an important breakthrough in learning to read and a new exciting type of primer book.

Finding the Balance

The Hero Image for my motion graphic for RSA. A supporting image to show my take on the animation.

My submission for RSA Motion Pictures. I created an animation to go along with the words of Kate Raworth to bring the importance of Doughnut Economics to life.
