The directorate of Academic & Corporate Governance is responsible for the support of a wide range of functions.

The functions include: Governance, Legal, Learning & Teaching, Quality Assurance, Early Dispute resolution and Strategic Planning

As Director of ACG, Dr Neale Laker has overall budgetary responsibility for the Directorate, however there are a number of Senior University Officers within ACG including the Vice-Principal (Learning & Teaching) and the Director of Strategic Planning who although part of ACG do not report to the ACG Director.
