Featuring film, audio, performance and sculptural works, this body of work considers how we can listen to our bodies to predict the future. Rooted in lived experience of chronic pain, these visual and audio compositions are drawn from scientific research and folklore imagery. This work is a sound bath of sonic descriptions of the gut-brain axis and aims to discuss the wider socio-economic implications of gut health, patient experience and the dangers of ignoring our gut-feelings.
Join us for some refreshments, the opening ceremony and live performance of Gastromancy, 9th October.
