Festival of the Future - Art at the Start Messy Art and Play

The Art at the Start team in psychology, Dr Vicky Armstrong an Dr Josephine Ross, have been exploring the impact of shared art making for the youngest babies and children together with DCA and partners across the city. 

This drop-in event will share what they are learning about why art making is so good for early relationships and development, and you will get the chance to try art making and sensory play together in the beautiful setting of the botanic garden. All materials will be baby safe and designed to let wee ones explore their mark in the world. The session is designed for 0-3 year olds together with their grown-ups. You can drop-in any time between 10 and 11.45. Come dressed for mess and the weather!
