Join us and work up a sweat in this fight club style class designed to give you a taste of our Box Fit and Body Blast exercise classes. Punch, kick, and upper cut your way to a fitter you while working in body conditioning for a total workout.
We recommend wearing something you will be comfortable moving about in, suitable trainers, a bottle of water and possibly a towel. Our instructors will make sure you are warmed up and comfortable with the movements in the session before it gets going. The class will be outside so you may want a hoody or jumper to warm up and cool down in.
This activity will take place at the tennis courts.
