Join us for this outdoor strength and cardio class designed to give you a taste of our Bootcamp exercise class. Featuring different fitness stations for you to move around, some resistance and body weight movements, this workout will leave you feeling strong and energised for the rest of Welcome.

We recommend wearing something you will be comfortable moving about in, suitable trainers, a bottle of water and possibly a towel. Our instructors will make sure you are warmed up and comfortable with the movements in the session before it gets going. The class will be outside so you may want a hoody or jumper to warm up and cool down in.

This activity will take place at the tennis courts.
