Join us as we work on our core strength and high intensity interval training (HIIT) drills in this class designed to give you a taste of our ABSoution and HIIT exercise classes. We will be working hard on our abs with some floor movements and holds, before jumping into high speed, 100% effort, physical fitness, for a set time to work up a sweat.

We will be working hard on our abs with some floor movements and holds, before jumping into high speed, 100% effort, physical fitness, for a set time to work up a sweat.

We recommend wearing something you will be comfortable moving about in, suitable trainers, a bottle of water and possibly a towel. Our instructors will make sure you are warmed up and comfortable with the movements in the session before it gets going. The class will be outside so you may want a hoody or jumper to warm up and cool down in.

This activity will take place at the tennis courts.
