Growth: The 2017 University of Dundee Culture Day

Culture Day is one of the highlights of the University of Dundee's public events programme. This year we've chosen Growth as our theme - reflecting the centenary of D'Arcy Thompson's On Growth and Form; the 350th anniversary of the author of Gulliver's Travels, Jonathan Swift; and the University's own growth and development as it celebrates 50 years as an independent institution.

As ever there will be a fascinating and eclectic mix of talks and presentations. Speakers include: Gaye Manwaring (Education, School of Education & Social Work) Caroline Brown (Archive Services, Culture & Information) Andy Jackson (Ninewells Library, School of Medicine) Morag Hannah (Web Services, External Relations) Matthew Jarron (Museum Services, Culture & Information) Emese Nagy (Psychology, School of Social Sciences) Daniel Cook (English, School of Humanities) Karen Petrie (Computing, School of Science & Engineering) Alasdair Hood (Botanic Garden) Janice Aitken (Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design) Peggy Hughes (Literary Dundee, External Relations)

The full programme will be available soon.
