Members of the EDR Strategy Group have cooperated on the development of a comprehensive edr booklet which charts the development of the 'Dundee edr' model.

The three parts of the booklet describe,

  • The University's framework for edr, 
  • a framework for guidance for the Mediators and
  • Guidance for Parties to a Mediation.

The booklet was approved by the University's Human Resources Committee on 25 May 2009 and by the University Court on 15 June 2009.

Complaints Procedures

Please note that in the unlikely event that there is a problem with the mediation, appropriate complaints procedures are in place.

Should the complaint relate to the conduct of the mediator(s) during the mediation, this complaint should be addressed to Scottish Mediation, York Place, Edinburgh.

Should the complaint relate to any aspect of the administration of the mediation process, this is dealt with via the University of Dundee Complaints Handling Procedure.
