Summer studentship programme funding

The James Crooks Fellowship is inviting healthcare students from the University of Dundee to apply for a summer studentship programme funding.

The aim of this funding is to enable healthcare students to undertake clinical or pre-clinical research in any area of Translational Medicine during the summer break and in so doing, develop academically and strengthen their career prospects. A bursary of £500 will be available for each recipient. Project duration may exceed the summer vacation period. However, the funding per award is fixed. Scholarships are not intended to fund a student’s normal degree course (e.g., BMSc). For this year (2024), applications for funding ongoing projects that require additional funding will also be accepted.

The deadline for 2024 applications is 17:00 Monday 3 June 2024.
