Menu showing the platter packages offered by Hospitality Services.
Hospitality Services are a dedicated team of in-house caterers providing everything from coffee breaks at meetings to departmental dinners.
All menus can be adapted to suit dietary requirements on request. All pricing quoted is exclusive of VAT.
Hot and cold drinks
Fresh coffee, select teas, and biscuits

The minimum number of fresh coffee and tea orders is ten at a price of £2.50 per cover.
For orders of over 150 covers, there is a discounted rate of £2 per cover.
Fresh fruit juice

House wine
New World Chilean. £17 per bottle. Sale or return.
House wines are sold on a sale or return basis. If the seal is broken, we consider it sold.
Sparkling House Wine
Cava. £20 per bottle. Sold as ordered.
Champagne
£30 or £40 per bottle. Sold as ordered.
Cost of champagne will be determined by the quality of champagne chosen. Champagne list and pricing is available on request. Anything chosen from this list is non-returnable.
Canapes
We will provide canapes on request. The minimum number for orders of canapes is 25. We will provide five canapes at a cost of £6.25 per cover. Canape assortment will consist of four savoury and one sweet canape.
- There will be a minimum charge on all catering which is shown at the top of each set of menus.
- Hospitality Services will use now use high quality, compostable paperware for all events in keeping with the University’s environmental policies.
- Crockery can be requested but will incur a 20% service charge.
- All evening & weekend events will incur a 20% service charge.
- Should a University Budget Code be unavailable at the time of booking confirmation, VAT will be levied at the recommended rate.
