Penelope Warne is head of CMS Cameron McKenna's Energy practice worldwide. She practises in both the Aberdeen office, which she established in 1993, and the London office. Penelope advises on a broad range of oil and gas law and commercial work relating to the oil industry. Her practice relates mainly to the UK Continental Shelf but she also undertakes international work on a regular basis, particularly in Houston and Norway. She works closely with the firm's Moscow, Warsaw and Edinburgh offices and has undertaken many transactions with the European offices of the CMS organisation.
Penelope is an Honorary Fellow of the unique and global centre of education for the oil and gas industry, the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy at Dundee University.
