Biography

Moshe Hirsch is a professor of international law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Law Faculty and Department of International Relations)

The Director of the Forum of International Law, Hebrew University of Jerusalem (since 2005).

Member of the Panels of Conciliators and of Arbitrators maintained by the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) (since November 2008)
