Fatima Bello is a lawyer and was in private practice before she joined the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies where she worked as a research fellow. Attended the University of Abuja, Gwagwalada, F.C.T. Nigeria where she got her degree in law. Obtained masters degree in Energy Law and Policy from the CEPMLP at University of Dundee, Scotland, United Kingdom. Currently doing a PhD programme at University of Dundee, where area of research seeks to look into the calculation of damages for the breach of fair and equitable treatment standard of investment protection. She likes travelling, meeting people and having new culinary experience among others.
