Jeanine Harewood

Postgraduate Qualification:
Energy Studies - Energy Economics
Year of Graduation:
2013

My name is Jeanine Harewood and I am a Trinidad and Tobago born national.

I read for my first degree in Economics at the University of the West Indies, St Augustine Campus in Trinidad and Tobago and then made the decision to further my academic career at the University of Dundee.

The Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy was my first choice for pursuing a Masters degree in energy studies. The school had been highly recommended by a few of my lecturers and my own research into the Energy Studies programme made the decision all the more easier.

I enrolled at CEPMLP in September 2011 and proudly graduated with an MSc. in Energy Studies with a specialisation in Energy Economics (with Distinction) in June 2013.

I now work as a Business Analyst in the Human Resources and Corporate Services Division of the Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago (PETROTRIN).

The CEPMLP will always be a crucial stepping stone in my academic and professional career and I am proud to be an alumnus!
