This is a fantastic opportunity for students and graduates to meet organisations offering graduate positions, internships, placements and other opportunities.

This flagship event attracts hundreds of students and graduates from both the University of Dundee and Abertay University who were looking to explore career options and find out about the latest internships and graduate vacancies, along with discovering postgraduate study options and summer opportunities.

The fair is open to employers from all sectors and attracts students from all subject disciplines.  Students and graduates from all years, all subjects and all universities arew welcome.

Students:  no need to book.  Just turn up on the day and bring your Student ID card with you.

Employers/Organisations:  How Do I Book a Stand?

  • Booking for the Fair is available through our Careers Portal.
  • If you do not already have an employer/organisation account please register. Once your account is approved you will then be able to book a stand space.
  • For those already registered on our CareersPortal please login and book.
  • Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis so please take action to avoid disappointment.
  • All bookings will be confirmed by email, and then joining instructions and invoices will be sent out six weeks before the event.

ScotGEM is designed to develop doctors interested in a career as a generalist practitioner within NHS Scotland. ScotGEM offers a unique and innovative four-year graduate entry medical programme tailored to meet the contemporary and future needs of the NHS in Scotland and focuses on rural medicine and healthcare improvement.

The programme will capitalise on the existing strengths of medical teaching in the universities of St Andrews and Dundee in collaboration with NHS Fife, NHS Tayside, NHS Highland, NHS Dumfries and Galloway and the University of the Highlands and Islands. This exciting partnership enables the development of a truly distinctive programme.

First and second year will be led by the University of St Andrews, with third and fourth year led by the University of Dundee.
