As a University of Dundee student, graduate or member of staff you can speak with our advisers in a number of different ways.
All our appointments are currently run virtually and managed through our CareersPortal system – when prompted simply login with your university login details.

All Careers Service appointments are currently being delivered online.
You can book a 30 minute online appointment with the careers adviser for your subject through CareersPortal. This will give you a chance to discuss career related issues relevant for you.
Alternatively email the Careers Service and we can arrange an appointment for you.
Quick Queries is currently being offered online.
You can book a 15 minute Quick Query appointment through CareersPortal.
Do you have a quick career question you would like advice on? Maybe you just need to speak to someone to see what your next steps are? A quick question on job hunting? Then Quick Queries is a great starting point!
Do you have an important interview coming up? Or would you just like to practice and develop your interviewing technique?
If so, then our careers advisers can offer you a practice interview online, including invaluable feedback to help you be as prepared as possible!
Mock interviews are 1 hour long and subject to availability.
To book please email the Careers Service and we can arrange a mock interview for you.
We also offer an online advice service you can access any time! Perfect for quick career related questions you would like advice on or for feedback on your CVs, applications or personal statements.
This service is available to current students and graduates (registered with CareersPortal) - submit a query through CareersPortal ‘Ask a Question’ and a careers adviser will get back to you within 5 days.
The online service allows you to upload documents such as CVs.
