Tutor: Sound and Vision: Managing and Preserving Photographs, Film and Sound

David Lee was Manager of the Wessex Film and Sound Archive from 1988 to 2014. Previously he was the Recorded Materials Librarian for BBC South and Librarian, Portsmouth Library Service. He is a member of the Association of Moving Image Archivists, the British and Irish Sound Archives group and the International Association of Sound and Audio-visual Archivists.

David was previously chairman of the Society of Archivists’ Film and Sound Group.  Between 1999-2005 he was the convener of the AV Archives Administration for the Society of Archivists Diploma Course and tutor for two of its units. He was the Oral History Society Network Representative for the South of England from 1993 to 2014.
