Business School Academics ‘Transforming (Working) Lives’ in Global and Local Companies

Two ongoing projects demonstrate how academics from the University of Dundee, School of Business (UDSB) are having a major impact on organizational culture change and strategic human resource management in global and local companies.  This also shows the benefits of working with such companies to business school staff and PhD students. Keynote speech from Dr Dinnie

Dr Keith Dinnie of the School of Business recently gave the keynote speech at the March Scottish Tourism Alliance Conference.  The conference focussed on the future of tourism destinations in Scotland. Destinations, towns and cities are identified as one of five key assets of Scottish tourism in the national tourism strategy, Tourism Scotland 2020. CFO of the year

The CFO of the year competition is an annual event run by Target Jobs in association with the ACCA. It is open to undergraduate students studying in the UK and is aimed at ambitious, forward thinking, commercially minded students, who have a strong interest in the value finance can bring to a business. Building partnerships

We were delighted to welcome a delegation from the Università degli Studi di Bergamo (University of Bergamo) to the School of Business. The delegation included, Prof. Remo Morzenti Pellegrini, Rector of the University, Prof. Matteo Kalchschmidt, Prof. Stefania Servalli and Prof. Massimo Contrafatto.
